    Assessment:                  determine whether a candidate for appointment or promotion has the                                                       competencies required of the position

    Career Development:    set up processes for guiding employees in career choices, acquiring the skills                                       to achieve them and motivate them to help their company meet its objectives

    Coaching:                      help employees improve performance, and help Managers apply the same                                             expertise in coaching their employees

    Communications:          design Communications programs to inform, involve and motivate employees                                           towards meeting company objectives

     Compensation:              establish consistent Job Evaluation, Grading, Salary, Bonus and Benefit                                                structures to attract and retain employees while remaining competitive

    Competency Analysis:   clarify the abilities, skills, knowledge and behaviour needed by the business                                            from its employees    to achieve its objectives.  Three kinds of Competency:

    Counselling:                   support managers in ensuring that employees know the standards of conduct                                        and performance expected, and the consequences of falling short.                                                         Support employees facing personal difficulties

    Job Descriptions:            clarify and document the responsibilities of individual positions and the                                                  Competency standards required to fulfil them adequately

    Objective Setting:           design and integrate processes for setting and monitoring performance targets,                                         integrated with incentive schemes and career development

    Performance Appraisal:   design and install a process for feedback to employees on how well they                                                meet Competency standards required for their jobs

    Policies & Procedures:   distil and document the rules, guidelines and processes to be followed by                                              employees at work

    Relocation:                      help employees in moving home into or out of the Costa del Sol, and prepare                                        them for that move

    Software:                        select and install Human Resource Database systems to enable and simplify                                        people and knowledge management

    Stress Management:     enable Managers to identify signs of workplace stress and refer for                                                         preventative treatment. We also provide workplace programs including the                                               Alexander Technique and Neuro-linguistic Programming

    Surveys:                       conduct employee opinion surveys to identify areas for improvement in                                                  employee relations, support action to correct deficiencies

    Training:                      design and present a Management Development program tailored to company                                        needs.Train Managers in Performance Appraisal, Selection Interviewing,                                                 Assessment, Coaching and Counselling.
