Local Businesswoman Jo Dunn has a wealth of international experience in industry sectors from Media to Mining and Entertainment to Hospitality. She has pioneered state-of-the-art marketing techniques in Europe and the Middle East. Now living in Sotogrande, Jo’s business interests facilitate regular contact with senior management and business figures throughout the western Costa del Sol.

In Empresolutions Jo runs the Community Support Services, as well as directing Client Relations and Marketing, and managing day-to-day business operations.                           

               DEE DOWSON                                                           Services Coordinator

Dee settled in Spain five years ago from her native England, and brings to Empresolutions an academic background in Business Management and practical experience across a wide range of services to people in business. These include Recruitment, Selection, Retention and Assessment, in sectors as diverse as telecommunications and the leisure industry, and from law enforcement to gaming.

A highly customer-focused professional who firmly believes in providing personal attention and first class service to all Empresolutions’ customers, Dee runs the Company’s front office, and is the main contact with Clients and Candidates in our Selection & Staffing practice. A particular strength is her CV production service, which she has made a speciality.

A Psychology graduate and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Tony Palmer has been designing international Human Resource management and development processes for twenty-five years.  He has lived and worked in Iran, Switzerland, France, Japan, and the USA, leading the HR function for major multinationals or setting best practice for clients of his consultancy.

Now established in Spain for two years, Tony heads the Business Services Division for the Company, while maintaining Empresolutions' leadership in its field through research and international consulting networks
